Thomas Team Culture Analysis Tool The Team Culture Analysis tool allows an organization to analyze a team and it's alignment in hours rather than weeks. The tool combines the DISC model with Role Fit Theory. The combined insights for both measures provide a basis for building and developing great teams and maximizing organizational performance. The Team Analysis tool has its own questionnaire called the TCA that develops an Ideal Team profile based on your organization's specific goals and objectives. Team members' PPA personality test results are compared to the team goals to assess the Actual Team against the Ideal Team profile. The report, which includes graphics, helps the team leader identify and address gaps that may impede attainment of optimum results.
About The Questionnaire Using the TCA questionnaire, there is a series of six questions that each require four items to be ranked. The form results are entered into the software or onto your web account to get an Ideal Team Culture. When your team members complete the PPA personality test form, their results can be entered into the system or entered into your online web account to obtain the Actual Team Culture. Role Factor Theory The Role Factor Theory looks at the roles of team members in a team. When people on a team are utilized in roles where they have strengths, they will work quickly and naturally and with great job satisfaction. Utilizing people in this way makes for a team where members make their best contribution and all the unique strengths of members can be optimally utilized. Whereas the PPA personality test identifies the individual's natural work based behaviour, the individual's role factor strengths are the natural contribution that the individual makes on a team.
