Job
evaluation is an integral component to the Thomas International DISC profile
system. Both our Human Job Analysis (HJA) and our interactive job profiling
tool, called Job Create, enable you to quickly and effectively identify
work behaviours ideal for the role. These job tests allow you to incorporate
the behavioural skills, competencies and the culture of your organization
into your job evaluation.
Once
the job evaluation is complete, the Job Profile can be used in a wide
range of talent management applications.

discussion in interviews, and includes behavioural interview questions

Benchmarking and Creating Job Standards
Using
both the job evaluation and PPA personality test results of current employees,
Thomas can help you develop job benchmarks for your roles. Benchmarking

the behavioural qualities and capabilities of those who are already performing
