The Thomas DISC Profile System and it's PPA personality test is available in both CD software format and online. You can also receive an instant scratch form to obtain quick results. The CD software and Web Account are interchangable. You can upload results from your software to your Web Account.

Thomas' DISC Profile System Web Account provides secure 24/7 access to your information anywhere, anytime as long as you have Internet access. With this online system you can email your candidates directly from your Web Account requesting them to complete a PPA personality test online. Once PPA personality tests are completed by candidates you are informed by email and can choose to run any of 18 different reports depending on your needs, whether you are looking to acquire, retain, develop or redeploy people.

The DISC Profile System Web Account also provides a job evaluation tool for you to obtain a written job description, develop a new job, or define a current job. The job evaluation tool can be used in two different ways. Either a Job Analysis form is completed online where you get a final job description once you complete the form. Or you can use our new dynamic and interactive job profiling tool. The job profiling tool provides instant, online results and allows you to define and adjust your job profile in real time. Once you find the job description ideal for your job, you can produce a final report.

When the DISC Profile System database is populated with job definitions and personality test results of individuals, you can use the "Search and Select" feature to match and rank people and jobs. The closes matches providing the best job fit are ranked at the top.

The DISC Profile System also allows you to analyze your teams. With a minimum of three individuals you can get a report on how the team members work together, what strengths they offer the team, and how the current team differs from your defined ideal team. The team report is idea for team building and situations where you are looking to acquire or transfer a team member. Below are the benefits to both the online and CD software format.
