About the PPA Personality TestThe PPA personality test can be taken online or on paper and takes about ten minutes to complete. The Thomas web account allows you to email an assessment link directly to a candidate to complete the PPA assessment online. The individual identifies qualities that are most and least like them at work from a series of 24 forced-choice items. The PPA assessment provides accurate, work-based behavioural information that you can use to address human resource issues through a selection of 16 report options.
